Glynis Bradfield leads the Center for Adult Degree Completion, Credit for Prior Learning, Online Student Services at Andrews University. This includes directing and teaching the Integrative Studies program, coordinating academic advising and marketing the Global Campus programs and services. Through her leadership of the curriculum and instruction resource center linking Adventist educators (圆.adventistlearningcommunity.com) and development of the blog adventisteducators.org, she encourages documenting and sharing Christian education best practices and faith integration tools. 

Glynis started her career as a missionary educator, serving for 14 years in South Africa, 赞比亚, D.R. 刚果, where she taught primary and secondary students, developed a literacy center, envisioned and completed printing of several books and K-12 Bible curricula in then-Zaire. Her interests in comparative education and meaningful assessment of Christian spiritual growth in Adventist education prompted her doctoral research, 2008-2011, developing and validating the Growing Disciple Inventory, 由于精, 翻译, expanded to paper and online versions for children, 青年, 和成人. Current research includes the impact of proactive academic advising on persistence and achievement of non-traditional and at-risk students, the impact of advanced placement credits on student achievement and persistence through university years, faith integration and religious education.
